Our Restaurant Behl offers a sophisticated and varied cuisine led by Gerhard and Florian Behl. We have featured in a number of distinguished hotel-resaurant guides such as the Feinschmecker, Michelin and Vartaführer among many others. Delicious regional dished as well as international specialities made from fresh and seasonal ingredients can be enjoyed at all times. Cuisine and Cellar
Our culinary creations made from local produce from rivers, lakes and forests are a speciality of our restaurant. These go particularly well with a bottle of wine from our well equipped wine cellar where you will find the best wines from all significant wine-growing areas in the world.
Our show distilling events with A.J. Dirker which include a five course meal and a schnaps tasting with each course also are a memorable experience.
