Show distilling: from an idea to a philosophy
   
Having extended and enhanced our historic distillery the idea to hold show distilling events and schnaps tastings in combination with a gourmet meal was born. Since this new idea was unique worldwide its realisation required considerable time, persuasion and approvals but since then we have been holding our regular show distilling events very successfully.

Would you prefer not to drive home after a fantastic and delightful evening? We will gladly offer you our comfortable and individually designed hotel rooms. They are equipped with warm wooden floors aSie nd presented in fruity colours and offer all conveniences you would expect from a modern ****hotel room in order for you to be able to sleep well and start the next day with an extensive breakfast and great memories
In case our distillery is fully booked on the day of your choice there always is the oportunity to enjoy our distilling meal in our restaurant. You will still have the opportunity to visit Mr Arno Josef Dirker in the distillery inbetween courses and let him show you everything. In addition you can also enjoy the distilling meal (without show distilling) on any other day (advance booking required). This offers a great opportunity for larger groups, companies or special occasions.
